The fee you pay helps cover part of the cost of the program—but not all of it. Thanks to the generous gifts and support from our church community, the actual cost is significantly reduced. We’re grateful to be able to offer this experience at a lower cost to families.
This fee reflects the estimated actual cost of the program per participant. It covers materials, staffing, miscellaneous expenses and helps sustain a quality program. (Takes the place of the above registration.)

I/We authorize our minor child to be driven to Farmington Lutheran Church (FLC) Events by an FLC staff or volunteer who has successfully completed a background check and attended FLC's Safeguarding Children and Youth training. I/We understand my child is expected to follow the directions provided by the driver, staff or volunteer.
I/We hereby grant permission for Farmington Lutheran Church, it's staff, volunteers or representatives to take and use photographs, video and/or digital images of my child for use in publications, social media and/or promotions.
